Overview
Students will work through four different modules; home, types of communities, community workers and transportation. Throughout these modules, students will work through simulated activities and collaborate with peers through focused Voicethreads. After they have built their background knowledge, they will engage with an e-pal or electronic pen pal who lives in a community different from their own. Finally, they will take all of the knowledge they have gained and create a digital story about a community of their choice.
